I got two tickets immediately upon moving to California and ended up at Traffic School to keep my insurance cost down.

The only things I remember from it are:

1. It's punishment, not school.
2. Don't leave your lights on if you pull over to the shoulder due to fog. People will think you're on the highway and slam into you going 70 mph.

I guess I actually did learn something then.

That's correct for California. However, many other states require that you exit the intersection before the light turns red. With exit-before-red, slow drivers have a harder time to clear, which presumably promotes "speeding."

One problem is that you might be stopped and waiting to turn left. The light is completely green and you see an opportunity to turn in front of oncoming traffic that is far away. If you accelerate slowly and have a wide intersection, you might actually have the light turn yellow after you enter the intersection and then turn red while you are in the intersection because you didn't accelerate quickly enough.

But then, I don't get the level of hate for Trump either. Maybe he's an asshole, but I don't mind. He did a lot of good, brought mucho peace and prosperity.

It's still possible that Trump was just a hired actor for Hillary to beat. He could have easily done a lot of damage to the deep state but wouldn't even release the last of the Kennedy files over national security issues.

People are sick and tired of puppets. Biden is a puppet, Bush was a puppet.

If I talk to somebody that supports Obama over Bush Jr, OR vice versa, I consider them politically naive and/or morally unprincipled. If they don't despise them both, either they don't know what they are and what they've done, or they lack empirical moral judgement.

The whole Hope and Change BS implied, falsely, that Obomba was going to end our never ending war machine.

I find a Black Superman about as interesting as a White Rapper, rapping about his plight as a person of color.
