There should be a chart for all races with perpetrators and their victims.
San Francisco's hidden truth is out. That's what community organizer Carol Mo calls the realization that Asian residents are being targeted for robberies, burglaries and intimidation by young black men.
"It is San Francisco's dirty little secret," said Mo, a former Safety Network Community organizer in the Sunset District. "It's not news to us."
Hundreds of people marched into Tuesday's Board of Supervisors meeting to express their fear, frustration and outrage. But so far the response has been disappointing, particularly from the San Francisco Police Department. It seems intent on downplaying the role of race and its impact in the community.
The recent incidents of black violence against Asians is the perfect opportunity to open a dialogue about racism. Instead, they are attempting to close the door.
City officials, including the Police Department, say these assaults are part of a larger crime picture where gangs of kids take advantage of a vulnerable group of small stature. But Mo participated in a 2008 survey by the Police Department in which about 300 strong-arm robberies were analyzed. "In 85 percent of the physical assault crimes, the victims were Asian and the perpetrators were African American," she said.
The squeamishness city officials are experiencing about confronting those numbers doesn't reflect well on anyone. No one is saying the entire African American community is violent. But ignoring the legitimate anger and frustration from Asians is disingenuous and unfair.
"We love San Francisco," said the Rev. Norman Fong, a Presbyterian minister. "And we don't want to do anything to divide the communities. But at the same time, our community is hurting and we feel like our voices are not being heard."

In the American media? You must be joking. Will never happen because it would make blacks look very bad.
People might even begin to realize that what the media and academia constantly calls "racism" is nothing but a statistically well-justified fear of black violence.
Must be done.

@election2020 I agree that true statistics on inter-race violence should be published in the media.
What I'm saying is that the media will never do that, because such facts discredit their Woke Religion.
Successful Asians suffer from the same class issues as whites.
Vietnamese American, 69, left with PTSD after he was brutally attacked with a baseball bat in San Francisco's Chinatown sues DA for not prosecuting father and son attackers with hate crime
Anh Lê was walking through Chinatown in 2019 when he sustained brutal assault
Lê, who is Asian American, was attacked by a father and his son wielding a bat
However, San Francisco's DA's office refused to prosecute with a hate crime
Instead, the father - Jimmy Tanner Sr. - avoided jail time through a plea deal
Lê says he was not informed of the deal, and claims the DA's office ignored him
He is now suing the DA's office over allegedly mishandling his case
In 2021, incidents of Asian hate crime in San Francisco rose 527% to 60 from from just nine in 2020
One man was responsible for HALF of the 2021 attacks, police said Tuesday
Man accused of anti-Asian racism posts video threat to ‘f–k up’ next NYPD funeral
By Tina Moore
January 30, 2022
“That’d have been a wet dream to f–k that funeral up, bro,” Harper, 39, sneers in the video, which sources said was posted on Saturday.
“I can’t wait. I’m looking for the next cop funeral. I’m gonna f–k it up, bro. I’m gonna f–k that s–t up. That’ll make news ASAP.”
Last year, Harper was recorded calling NYPD Det. Vincent Cheung a “goddamn cat eater” and asking if he was “going to Judo chop” him — prompting the Asian officer to file a first-of-its-kind lawsuit over the hateful attack.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/viral-images-show-people-color-184732415.html?source=patrick.netI looked at that analyses. Well, sort of: it became obvious that there's a slew of hand involved, at which point I stopped. Author(s) didn't focus on all crimes. They focused on "hate crimes". Unless all interracial crime is classified as hate crime, this would be heavily skewed in whatever direction is given by those to say what's "hate crime" and what's not.
Fake news
Wong is wrong.
When 13% own 50% of violent crime, how can an accusation of racism towards that group ever even be a viable suggestion?
With the statistics above, hasn’t the accusation of racism been forfeited until the statistics improve?
The strongly disproportionate amount of violent crime committed by black men as a group makes all of them seem suspect, even if the majority of them are law-abiding.
This is the core problem. It's not fair to those who are law-abiding to suspect them, but it's also not fair to the general public to tell them not to make use of the clear statistical evidence of their risk of being assaulted.
Tell me a solution that's fair to both groups.
Subway hammer attacker arrested: Christian Jeffers, 48, who identifies as a woman, accused of attacking an Asian man in NYC in a possible hate crime
An Asian man was attacked on Tuesday evening by an assailant in a wig and purple lipstick on the 14th Street subway platform in New York City
On Wednesday, NYPD arrested Christian Jeffers, 48, who identifies as a woman, and charged them with second-degree assault
The 29-year-old victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital with head injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery
'I want to get him locked up because he was pretty aggressive,' the victim, who chose not to be identified, said. 'He was looking for trouble'
NYPD officials say the victim got into an argument with another man after they bumped into one another
NYPD is investigating the attack as a possible hate crime - after anti-Asian crime soared by 343 percent during the Covid pandemic
As of February 27, hate crimes targeting all minorities, not just Asian-Americans, were up more than 142 percent compared with the same period last year
The violent hammer attack is being investigated as a possible hate crime by police.
The disturbing encounter began around 4 p.m. Dec. 3 at the intersection of Fleet Place and Willoughby Street, according to police.
The 35-year-old victim was walking when the hateful stranger approached him and “made derogatory anti-Asian statements and threatened to kill him,” cops said.
The racist followed the victim and struck him in the head with an umbrella, police said. The attacker then fled the scene.
Houston judge cuts bond in half for suspect accused of body-slamming and paralyzing a mother while robbing her
Yet this week we learn that this depraved crook apparently won the sympathetic ear of Judge Kristin Guiney, who decided that it just wasn't right to keep such a lunatic behind bars while he awaits trial:
A Houston teen has been accused of slamming a mother of three into the ground during a "jugging" robbery that left the victim paralyzed — and he appeared this week in court, where he had his bond slashed in half to $100,000.
Getting a bond cut by 50% is pretty astonishing.
Getting it cut after you nearly killed a woman and consigned her to years of painful, difficult physical therapy for only a fighting shot at walking again — well, that's kind of, you know, unheard of.
What did he do, bake the judge cookies? Offer to mow her lawn?
But wait: It gets even more insane.
Prosecutors had asked for the $200,000 bond because he had just been released on a $100 bond on Jan. 26 on an unlawful carrying of a weapon charge.
But his court-appointed attorney argued Wednesday to have his bond reduced to $100,000, saying his family could not afford to spring him.
You're telling me this guy has already been sprung once on low bond, and they're doing it again?
This is the kind of thing that makes you question the very foundation of the U.S. legal system. ...
Oh but don't worry, even if he manages to get out of jail a second time after a serious criminal charge, the court has totally arranged for him to be kept on lockdown or something.
"It was confirmed that bond conditions are in place that would place Mr. Harrell on 24-hour house arrest and require him to wear a GPS monitor should family members be able to post sufficient bonds at some point in the future," his attorney, Catherine Evans, told Fox News.
Uh huh. Let me explain this to the court carefully:
This man has been charged with aggravated robbery. That's a serious charge. Particularly in Texas. If he's convicted of this charge, he could be facing about 100 years in prison.
A man who's depraved and unhinged enough to paralyze an innocent woman just to steal some money is also unbalanced enough to try and run for it if he's facing a century behind bars.
When a crook like this makes a run for it, he very often ends up hurting other innocent people during his flight.
Do I have to keep going? Do I need to make the point any further?
This man should be behind bars until his trial. Giving him a lower bond is disgraceful and dangerous.
Watch the video, why not life in jail for this animal? https://www.foxnews.com/us/metro-nashville-police-arrest-32-year-old-suspect-brazen-unprovoked-assault-laundromat
Authorities in Tennessee arrested the suspect involved in an unprovoked attack Wednesday at a laundromat in Nashville, police said.
I completely do not understand black on asian violence. Why do they hate them so much? It's entirely bizarre to me.
