If they defeat Russians (distinct possibility because Russians are incompetent), then Russian Fuhrer will fear for his life and will become even more unpredictable. If they don't, Taiwan is next and our economy will crash harder than in 1929.

I concur. It’s also going to get super froggy for Europeans who were depending on that Russian gas and petroleum to move their lorries and heat their homes. Russia can sell all their gas to China which has an endless market for it. And then Europe will be quite literally out in the cold.

I don't want to sound way too pessimistic, but if Ukrainians beat Russian ass and Putin is afraid for his own life, we are in danger of thermonuclear war. He has thrown 80% of Russian army against Ukraine, and if something goes wrong, he will behave like a cornered rat. I don't think Russian army is motivated to fight in Ukraine (against "brotherly" Slavic nation), there are already reports of desertions (but we need to verify if these are real or Ukrainian propaganda). There are also plenty of ethnic Ukrainians in Russian army.
