Nomograph is not some bot or AI troll; he has been a member of Patrick.net since 2007 or so, during the housing bubble. Briefly, here are some of his beliefs:

- Nomograph is centrist with a Libertarian bent, essentially a classical Conservative.

- Nomograph believes that the world is a more peaceful and verdant place today than is has ever been during the history of civilization. Starvation and rampant disease has been essentially eliminated, and most people enjoy opportunities that our predecessors couldn't even imagine.

- He believes in preserving traditional American values: small government, strict separation of church and state, personal freedom, rule of law, checks and balances, free elections, free markets.

- He supports gay marriage as a personal freedom. People should be free to do as they please as long as long as it doesn't harm others. Men have been fucking other men since the dawn of time and will continue to do so. Nomograph believes that people who are afraid that men fucking other men will somehow put their marriage at risk need to develop deeper faith in their own ways and beliefs.

- Nomograph is a gun owner and believes in 2nd amendment rights to bear arms. At the same time, he also realizes that the Founding Fathers had no understanding of what the term "arms" would come to mean in the modern world: weapons freely available to anyone capable of killing huge numbers of people. Thus, there needs to be a reasoned approach to how we define this right.

- He believes in personal responsibility at the most radical level. He believes if you are unhappy, it is YOUR job to change YOURSELF. If you are a poor American, you have the opportunity to improve yourself and your situation and it is your responsibility to do so. The government is not responsible for your success, wealth, and happiness. It is up to you if your marriage succeeds or fails. It is up to you if your career succeeds or fails. It is up to you to raise your children with the beliefs and morals you find important. It is up to you to live a healthy lifestyle and eat proper foods.

- Nomograph believes that almost every single conspiracy theory is nonsense. People can successfully conspire only at the smallest scale, such as within a small group or business. Any conspiracy that involves more than three people will most likely be found out. A conspiracy of more than 10 would be essentially impossible to keep secret, and national or global conspiracies are simply not possible. Multigenerational conspiracies like chemtrails and geoengineering are laughably ridiculous, according to Nomograph.

- Since a national conspiracy is impossible, Nomograph understands that Trump lost the election. It is not possible to have such a large conspiracy, with so much scrutiny, and not have the entire thing completely fall apart. Remember that Trump couldn't even throw a note in the toilet in the privacy of the White House without it being found out. A national election conspiracy collapses under the weight of it's required complexity, as do all conspiracies.

- Nomograph is a veteran of foreign wars.

- Nomograph is a physician, scientist, and educator

- Nomograph is vigorously pro-education.

- Nomograph rides a Harley

- Nomograph thinks California is the best state to live in, because it offers the greatest personal freedom and natural beauty. He can also split lanes on his Harley in California, making traffic irrelevant. Many people are afraid of the personal freedoms that California embraces and find such freedoms threatening, but Nomograph minds his own business and takes comfort in knowing that his own personal freedoms are protected and embraced. He does not like the state income tax, but likes the very low property tax rate.

- Nomograph believes in reasonably open borders, free trade, and a free labor market. He believes that allowing migrant workers to come is good for all. He knows that most migrant workers would prefer to return home to their families after the season is over, but many stay rather than risk a dangerous border crossing yearly. Nomograph believes that reinstating the successful Bracero program would be the best possible solution.

- Nomograph believes that if a migrant worker steals your job, then you deserved to lose it. He thinks it is each individual's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary skills to be competitive in the labor marketplace. He does not believe it is the government's responsibility to protect your job.

- Nomograph does not want Trump to be president because he does not stand for traditional American, Conservative, or Libertarian values. He promotes restriction of free markets. He does not support free labor markets. He supports large and intrusive government policies. He does not practice personal responsibility, but rather encourages a victim mentality and culture of blaming. He supports curtailing personal freedoms.

- Nomograph is not a smart man.

Try setting a brainwashed person straight in the real world and they are likely to angrily lash out at you and work to cancel you. I won't even bring up my ideas in public. I like working.

At least nomo is willing to debate.

And ironically he's the one canceling himself. As the GC company's top leadership are all Trump supporting Republicans. And now every tradesman on his job calls him Joe Biden. His bosses are all getting fed up with him, because my Electric outfit has about $7K in change orders, that he didn't plan for, from the beginning. And dumb shit like "remove the Microwave outlets, the owner doesn't think she will need them" in the early rough in stages. But then by time we're there to do the finish work. The cabinets that were selected has a microwave cubby, so they tell us to put it in, because it's in the contract. But we also have the change order email and the singed off approval. We got paid to put it in originally, then take it out, then cut open finished drywall and paint, and cut through finished cabinetry to put it back in. There's always about 3 to 5 items that goes like that on every job. Because he doesn't have the sense enough to tell the customer when they are on the job site beer buzzing and thinking stupid. You might not need or use the microwave but it will cost you ten times more in the future to put one in, if needed or going to sell the house, or some code enforcers interpret the code for your kitchen remodels and new builds to have a microwave outlet for that very reason.

He knows/hopes the vote rigging machine will make Kamala President.

The Democrats approach to politics is like team sports fans. It's just trash talking and hoping their side wins at all cost. They don't know nor care who the players they are rooting for are. It's the D they are cheering on. It's all they focus on. If they looked beyond the D and judged the candidates and elected officials accordingly. They would either rally for better candidates, grasp the reality that their party has been hijacked by radical communists that at the end of the day, hates them and is only using them for votes. But the voters don't care or know about any of that, they are voting for Democrats, not politicians or candidates. The ones that are full aware, but just argue team sorts politics rather than real issue politics, with a clear honest understanding of the players and parameters.

So as you can see either one of these Democrats will never tell you why Kamala is the better candidate, because they can't. Go Ravens!

57   Patrick   2024 Aug 10, 3:37pm

@Nomograph I think we'd get along well in person. I agree with most of your points, so I'll point out only the exceptions:

Nomograph says

He supports gay marriage as a personal freedom.

It's a personal freedom the same way that becoming addicted to intravenous drugs is a personal freedom. That is, it's merely a vice, and generally a one-way journey to disease and greatly shortened lifespan. The ancient vice was not what modern gay advocates claim it was. In the ancient world, homosexuality was mostly men fucking boys. The idea of innate and exclusive homosexuality was unknown.

I'm for the freedom to screw up your life, as long as you don't drag children down with you, and the promotion of homosexuality to children, eg, the sodomy flag in schools, is on the same level as promoting IV drugs to them.

And suggesting to children that they might be "trans" is morally equivalent to suggesting that they might want to kill themselves. Putting the idea there in itself is morally wrong.

Nomograph says

Founding Fathers had no understanding of what the term "arms" would come to mean in the modern world

I disagree. Cannons could splatter a lot of people at once. The intent was that citizens would form non-professional militias to resist both foreign invasion and tyrannical government. The founding fathers considered standing armies to be very dangerous.

Nomograph says

Any conspiracy that involves more than three people will most likely be found out.

Not so. Kennedy was killed in a conspiracy against him, and the CIA is still hiding secrets about that conspiracy.

Nomograph says

Trump lost the election. It is not possible to have such a large conspiracy

Also false imho. It was rather simple to do in the end. Voting machines in key states reported back the number of "mail-in ballots" which were needed to swing the election, and that number was printed up and delivered at 3am. You yourself saw it happen. You went to bed seeing Trump well ahead, and woke up the next morning with a statistically impossible surprise.

Nomograph says

He believes that allowing migrant workers to come is good for all.

Not good for low-wage American workers, especially American blacks. Competition drives down wages. See https://patrick.net/post/1381434/2024-06-01-grand-unified-theory-of-recent

Trump's restriction of illegal immigration directly resulted in the lowest black unemployment rate ever .

Nomograph says

Nomograph does not want Trump to be president because he does not stand for traditional American, Conservative, or Libertarian values. He promotes restriction of free markets. He does not support free labor markets. He supports large and intrusive government policies. He does not practice personal responsibility, but rather encourages a victim mentality and culture of blaming. He supports curtailing personal freedoms.

Trump certainly does seem to stand for traditional American values, except for promoting the gay thing, and having a fling with a porn star.

Trump wants to restrict "free" markets across national borders, increasing tariffs on Chinese goods and reducing wage-killing competition from desperate illegal labor. The question is only who wins and who loses. With global free trade, stockholders get higher dividends while the working class gets lower wages.

What intrusive government policies do you mean?

The "victim mentality and culture of blaming" seems like a Democrat phenomenon to me, claiming that "racism" is to blame for racial disparities in incomes.

"curtailing personal freedoms" in what way? I don't see it.

Not even just that. It was a Swiss BIS IPO with many investors and many players on many levels, with, as usual, local Freemasons doing the local yokel bribes, legal grooming, police grooming, political grooming and logistics.

Amongst the players were the Vatican (always, satellites and internet space comms), Italy, the Brits (always), Germany, Spain (both these G&S servers and CIA field outposts with Hammer & Scorecard software), Serbia (hackers), Venezuela (hackers and machine field testing), CCP (software, internet and chips), Canada (Toronto/Dominion/Soros) as well as the fake Covid Guv Cartel (FDA, CDC, NIH, Medical Schools, Hospital Assassins, corrupt journals&peer review, etc.) promoting the fake pandemic to empower the mail in frauds.

It was massive and burned up incredible amounts of printing press fiat money.
61   EBGuy   2024 Aug 15, 10:01pm

It's a non-issue; there is essentially no surgical manipulation of genitals in the U.S. The exact numbers are 56 genital surgeries among patients ages 13 to 17 with a prior gender dysphoria diagnosis from 2019 to 2021. The rest of GAC is hormones or puberty blockers.

An estimate of U.S. “gender-affirming” double mastectomies published in 2023 in the Journal of the American Medical Association reported 3,125 cases of “breast or chest procedures” in patients ages 12 to 18 between 2016 to 2020. The study did not differentiate between 18-year-olds and minors. A new analysis by the Manhattan Institute, using a more up-to-date all-payer national insurance database from 2017 to 2023, found evidence of 5,288 to 6,294 “gender-affirming” double mastectomies for girls under age 18. This includes 50 to 179 girls who were 12.5 or younger at the time of their procedure.

Because they're fags. I chewed out my neighbor years ago about idling and revving his piece of shit Harley up at 6am with illegal pipes. He started walking it down the block turned off so as not to piss me off.

Most of the younger generations are more into the BMW touring type bikes. Not sure that's what they're called as I'm not into dying. They're generally quiet bikes and faster (not rice rockets). I have no problem with those, but I know I'll lose a friend at some point in the next decade unfortunately. Motorcycles are stupid. Sorry to pat netters that own them, but it's fact. I think personal attacks can detract from debate and discussion. But you can't call yourself a retard and then flag a comment of someone calling you a retard. You're a self admitted retard... right? That's not personal. Nomo identifies as a retard and that's okay.

Why should this even be a topic anyway? Lets soak that in. If you're damaging children you should be hung. My SIL was the biggest Tomboy and she evolved into an attractive woman and loves it. If my in laws forces gender shit on her she'd be miserable. She "thought" she was a boy and grew out of it. She's successful and happy in her adult years. All the polls have been magically moving in cummalas favor every single day since she was imposed by the politbureau. Even presumably "conservative" outlets/pollsters have been joining in on the tune. And while she is polling far worse than hillary or biden it begs the question if they are preparing a massive steal again, larger than last time. As the bad news for xiden and cammala accelerate, the polls seemingly trend into the other direction, without her having given a single interview. Something doesn't add up

I don't think they can steal it this time. She can't do a solo interview. She'll bomb the debate. She's trailing in favored Dem polling.
