We need a thread for our "vice President". I'll start with when she was having cocaine fueled orgies with Montel Williams.

Kamala's teleprompter briefly went out at the beginning of her speech — you can tell the exact moment it happened.

She had absolutely no idea what to do or say.

Humiliating.

I don't think I'd want a prompter. If you have the thoughts, you have the thoughts. Speak them. I get numbers/stats might be helpful, but if you don't KNOW the message, why are you running?

Same thing would happen if Obama had a teleprompter failure.

Helene is going to be child's play. This is going to be an awful week for Biden/Harris/Walz. Desantis seems to be on it, but if people don't listen it's going to be bad. The direction is unprecedented. If it lines up Tampa is fucked.

That means at least 4-10' of water in every structure including Tampa proper. Then pile on the rain. Wind isn't as big of a deal. That's replacing a roof or broken windows. Places like Anna Maria island will get washed away. You will die if you stay. Bradenton. Holmes beach.

The way FL is shaped is the worst for this path. Water literally has no where to go but on land and it's raining. With the surge that area is looking at 20' (not inches) of water. The barrier islands of Tampa are gone. You won't be able to see the roofs for a day.

The only saving grace is it clips Mexico enough. I don't see that happening. So this thing will just spin sending massive amounts of water towards the coast over 600 miles roughly.

In a 2024-style twist that might explain much, it unsurprisingly turns out that Kamala Harris has serious daddy issues. The New York Times ran a hagiographic story Friday headlined, “Kamala Harris and the Influence of an Estranged Father Just Two Miles Away.” Perhaps even more astonishing than the fact that Kamala and her father haven’t spoken in decades was that Kamala’s father’s first name and middle initial are “Donald J.” I am not making that up.

The Times’ article is an overlong, over-the-top biography of far-left economist Donald J. Harris that tries its best to excuse Kamala’s absence from his life, bizarrely attempting to paint a picture of a strong, albeit absent, father figure who positively influenced his daughter even though the two can’t stand each other. Without evidence, the Times hilariously described their nonexistent relationship as his “spectral presence” in her life.

In other words, he ghosted her.

Dr. Harris,” the Times earnestly informed readers, “has been a mostly absent figure from his daughter’s life but not an irrelevant one.” Uh huh. The excruciatingly lengthy, excuses-packed, race-baiting, meandering article never quite got around to putting its finger on the family’s problem, even though that would seem to be the most interesting question for readers. The closest the article came was quoting a family friend who said the trouble “is that they’re so much alike.”

I think that is called damning someone with faint praise. What common element of their similar personalities precludes familial affection?

I’m not slamming Kamala Harris for having a troubled family life. Who among us can claim a halcyon Leave It To Beaver legacy? But all this blackwashing has got to stop.

Stern's olden day show was a showcase of NY street pathetics and genetic deformities, and exploitation of circus freaks. He had one show that paid men with micro penises to come on and flash their puny puds.

But did she grew up a middle class kid?

All her fundraising is going to down ballot Congress Critters. They know it's done. I haven't seen a Kamala ad in weeks. I see 20:1 Trump signs in IL. I wouldn't be shocked if she just quits. Not a prediction, just wouldn't be shocked.

She got blasted in one debate by a Hawaiian Senator in '16. And Kamala just quits. Has no votes. What happens when a tough foreign leader comes at her? She'll quit. Trump is the best option, but I'm kind of slowly getting sick of him. But I simply cannot ever even fathom voting for Kamala. Nobody should.

We need new leadership. Younger. JD is at least a 40 year old man with a family. I don't know or care if he's wealthy. Raising kids is a different animal. Trump has Barron I guess. JD is not remotely on that level financially and has kids. It ain't cheap. We easily spend $10-15k per year per kid. Close to $50k after tax dollars.

Does Kamala even have kids? Walz might but they're probably grown. Whether it was with Mike or Michelle I at least respected Obama that he was a family man. Likely gay. Bush sucked but had kids. I don't want leadership that doesn't know what it's like to raise kids in this time. Clinton, eh... only child isn't parenting and blow jobs in the White House? If it was Hillary doing it whatever. I do think Bush and Obama are family men, one being gay. We know Trump is a playboy. Biden is married to a nanny and has a crackhead son that fucked his other sons widow.

As I'm typing all this. How did we get here? I blame Clinton to be honest. Get a BJ and your wife doesn't even care? You could have divorced her. Would have made everyone else's lives much better. Now leadership thinks it can get away with anything.

The Chicago one is surrounded by ghetto. It's literally about two blocks of decent houses, older houses. Sold a house on their block and had to deal with SS. It's an area where you can get smacked with a stray bullet. They fortified his block even though he wasn't there 90% of the time.

I wouldn't really want to live in any of those locations either. Get me 100 acres or so with an updated ranch at 2,400 sf. Maybe a pond. Wisconsin or even central IL. I don't need a huge house, I want land. It would be 1/4 of the cost. Hunt, get some off road toys, fish, play loud music, etc. Not worry about pretentious neighbors.

Like I said, I'll never vote Kamala. The whole Trump thing is starting to wear on me. A lot of the ass hole types are starting to come out of the closet. More boisterous about their support. That keeps people away. Put a sign up but don't be a dick now that it looks like he'll win. Take it in stride. Put a sign up. Don't get in conflict with your neighbors even if you disagree.

Some of the MAGA people act like Hell's Angels members of the past. You don't own the fucking place. Support your guy and understand not every is going to agree.

one the one hand, we saw the 60 minutes edits of kammy to try to prop her up.

on the other, the hit just keep coming and the snippets of unedited interview are startling.

they must know what they are putting out.

the woman is a full blown informercial for a word salad spinner.

this is a softball style question, but it has some teeth, some depth.

it’s something she genuinely ought to be not only able but required to answer.

“is democracy best served by president biden stepping down and basically handing you a nomination?”

it’s an important question and her answer is a full blown fumble that fails to address the point and merely meanders around through “powerful people picked and support me.”

(at least she did not tell us she was born in a middle class family)

it’s interesting that despite the walk back on previous postings, CBS did actually ask her this question at all. it’s a major departure from past practice and it makes me wonder if unitary actor theory is failing us here.

let’s explore:

many are now opining that it’s now open war between joe and kams.

i have personally heard the same from multiple prominent US congresspeople i made friends with during the covid days and with whom i still chat.

it’s nice to have pals.

lots of folks seem to be noticing.

it’s getting sort of hilarious.

this is what makes it dangerous to assume any group (like the GOP or the democratic party or “the media”) is a monolithic actor that only has one set of wants.

joe is throwing kammy under the bus. “my policies (which you hate) are her policies. she was involved!”

the fact that she was dumb enough to go on the view and confirm this instead of setting herself up as her own person really says it all, no?

this is an empty pantsuit.

honestly, it’s worse. an empty suit would have done nothing and stayed silent letting the machine do the work. but not here. walz got clowned in the veep debate and people saw him. now they are seeing kammy whammy fumble easy tricks in easy, friendly interviews.

she’s simply awful and it’s becoming impossible to deny.

the parallel to “the whole media and political class protected dementia joe and lied about his mental incapacity” is inescapable and media and politicos alike do NOT want to be left holding that same bag twice in a row.

so they are bailing.

the polls look irrelevant and have not even made sense. they look to be over-sampling dems severely.

word is the internal polls are telling a very different story, one of “losing nearly all the big swing states” and perhaps fear that this is past the margin of cheating is setting in.

brandon has set his sights in harris and wants to shoot her down and she’s too hapless and arrogant to do the smart thing and stop speaking. and now it’s too late. at this point, even that would make her look awful.

she clowned her FEMA oversight and got creamed on “infinite money for illegal immigrants and foreign wars, but none for americans.”

then she got caught on a live mic getting the questions she should ask FEMA staffers to look “leadershippy” passed on to her from a staffer.

and then, of course, there’s FEMA overall which has become such a clownshow that they sent electric chainsaws to a town with no power.

they prioritize DEI and climate change over “preparedness.” ...

predictable people put predictable spin on this, but it predictably backfired.

god i love the internet.

... they’re all turning on her unelected majesty and the pantsuit pratfalls will continue until everyone see’s what’s going on and probably well past it.

the honeymoon is over.

the october surprise will be “meeting kamala and realizing that no one wants her and that much of the DNC would rather have a fresh start in 4 years that have to pretend this woman has an IQ above room temperature and can string coherent concepts much less coherent policy together.”

powerful people have now met her. she’s a bad person, disingenuous, stupid, and incompetent. she’s also nasty as a snake and horrible to work for or with. this “mamala empathy” is a cynical sham.

get your popcorn, the movie is about to get fun.
