What to say to people who watched Trump get shot and still deny it?

My father-in-law, and other people whose far-left world view is hanging by a thread, keeps insisting that the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler was staged.

Jesus Christ on a stick. There's video of the bullet vaporizing part of Trump's ear, and the head of the Secret Service resigned, and even the NY Times wrote in great detail about the attempt, admitting it was very real. Is the NY Times in on the scam after 8 years of heaping scorn and lies on Trump every single day?

What can you possibly say to people who are so far gone? It's like talking to flat-earthers.

Tell him that Poland attacked our Radio Station, so we have to invade.

That's about the only thing you can say to such people.

If he starts with J6, you can ask him why the Kavanaugh protesters didn't get terror charges for storming the Senate and locking staffers in an office for an hour.

I would actually allow the possibility that it was staged. The patsy was staged. The dead patsy wasn't even the patsy. The professional with the ultra hi shutter speed camera? White hat or black hat? Maybe it was just a fucking BB from friendly fire locally for effect and the white hats wanted to catch to photog it for drama. Trump raising his fist in defiance for another nice shot against an ultra blue sky WITH the American flag? Nothing was even treated as a real life crime scene.

The dead spectator was even alleged to be a local 'intelligence family' who I gather are planted in various locations around the country for ground comms and may not have been killed but another staging. What's good for the Deep State goose is good for the anti-Deep State gander? Woo knows, but there might have been some soiled underwear in the Bush compound.

I think that there could have been a sincere team assassination event with patsy planned, however comms and Space Force picked it up, and Trump's troops took them out and might very well have turned it into a reverse Illuminati publicity stunt, Trump being the impresario that he is. What better 'fuck you' to the Deep State. Trump was just way too exposed at that event, and he would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Secret Service could not at any level be trusted (not even SS it seems with the ludicrous substitute female agents).

I think that would align with the 'tranny shooters' movies who may have been reverse Illuminati negative publicity as well. No matter how, they could not paint them as anything but insane libby lunatics rather than spawn of patriots.

Illuminati wars are interesting. Strange and interesting.

At first I was unsure, too, specially since a few reporters I trusted hesitated as well. But it soon became obvious that indeed, an attempt to kill had been made. If not for that last sudden move of his head, Trump would have been a dead man. If the media stopped screaming for blood, this would not have happened. And 5 years ago, when that woman held a fake trump head up, would have been arrested and jailed for 10 years, this would not have happened. If all the politicians who request their opponents jailed or murdered, were jailed (I am not going to say, murdered), this would not have happened. How can there be world peace if even the politicians of one country want to kill each other (or at least say so, before having a sex party together)

Ha, ha. My father-in-law still believes that Trump colluded with Russia, and that Michael Cohen is credible.

Don't care if it was fake really. He's the lesser of two evils, did the job before and actually got votes. Did a decent job outside of covid. Will do a better job than Biden has. He's more open and doing way more podcast that aren't slut shows. Trump has his flaws, but he's the obvious best option.

If you vote based on his personality (TDS), you're an idiot. That includes my own mother. Harris literally got no votes in two election cycles. She may have technically in 2020, but she dropped out before Iowa. No one has supported her outside of CA Senate and DA. That's why I don't think Newsom got involved. He's not a total idiot. He knows the rest of America wouldn't like him. Governor is just fine for him at this time.

I ridicule their news source, and tell them Rachell Meadows has her hand so far up their ass, they are look and sound like a commie Muppet.

It wasn't staged. The Secret Service was inept, full of Keystone Cops who didn't know their jobs.
No consipacy to kill Trump could be kept secret; too many people have to keep their mouth shut and that's never likely.
I also don't understand why anyone hates Trump; he isn't an asshole, he's funny. He also isn't rude, he's blunt and direct. He surely defends himself against the liars in the media and on TV, that's what I would do too.
His positions on things which matter to Americans got him elected, and he was a popular president.

Nothing. People believe in all kinds of weird shit. Are you planning to ruin the Thanksgiving dinner?

It's pretty hard, close to impossible, to stage it to the point where the bullet grazes the face without severe permanent damage or death if off by an inch or two compared to as "planned".

Trump did not stage anything. But why was a man with a very high-speed camera on hand to catch the bullet? It is as if he knew about the sniper in advance and wanted to catch the hit on tape.

Because there are dozens of photographers at every such event with modern digital SLRs capable of insane ISO and FPS in their hands?

There have been high speed cameras since film only days. But then as now they must be set up specifically to catch a bullet. Why did the photographer have such a high shutter speed and corresponding high ISO in broad daylight?

Massive SD cards. They take 100's of photos a minute and you can swap them out in seconds. You get an iconic shot you can make a lot of money. It's actually rare that someone didn't get a better shot of it. No pun intended.

In a film day you wouldn't do multi-shot bursts every time and the ISO was shit. Now it's a SOP. It's a different world now.
