I've never trusted a woman who didn't like good food. REASON: Female fertility is created in the womb - a girl is gifted with as many eggs as her mother can provide her. This means that women who can't provide sufficient nutrients to the fetus will have marginally fertile female offspring.

For male children, fertility is determined by nutrition in the years before puberty. If you want a son to be maximally fertile, then feed him lots of pastured eggs, grass-fed red meat - the foods with the most highly concentrated nutrients that you can think of.
