This is propaganda rocketjoe. Regardless, early in WWII, the T-34 was one of the best tanks in military service.

His suggestion basically said 'copy this tank and do not change anything. We need this at the front ASAP.' His suggestion was rejected.

I wonder if that story was true. Russians are Slavs, which were officially untermensch in the Third Reich at that time. If he had sent that, he would have probably been arrested at least by the SS. Most likely shot or offered the Rommel Option after that.

Probably closer to 12 million, 6M is just the Heebs and that's probably more like 3-4M. I'd guess Hitler 12M and Stalin at least 20M and probably closer to 24M. But Stalin has more time to work, though.
