The frivolous use of the word "Data" these days annoys me.
I get the spirit of the shirt, but the statement is flawed. Extrapolation wouldn't be possible without complete data to extrapolate from.
You extrapolate incomplete input based on the Data/knowledge you have. If you extrapolate from incomplete knowledge, that's just bullshitting. So the shirt should read.
