Probably The Salon.

Probably from every news outlet you disagree with.

4   elliemae   2015 Feb 12, 8:34am

I will watch Faux and know in my heart that the "news" is the opposite of what they say.

Same place we do now, NPR. By the way, the Daily Show consistently presents the truth even though it's a comedy show, whereas Fox consistently spouts outright lies even though it's a "news" network. Anyone who watches Fox News and believes it is an idiot. The same goes for all of conservative radio.

Of course, we all know the real reason conservatives hate The Daily Show. It humiliates conservatives by pointing out their abundant lies.

The main thing is that both the Wogster and Dan admit that they are mutts! The first step...

Got any verifiable proof, or just pulling things out of your ass again?

As always, yes I do have verifiable proof. And as usual you will ignore the evidence and claim it's false without giving any reason to believe you. You are the quintessential example of someone who continues to spout lies from Fox News after those lies have been thoroughly debunked by multiple sources.

http://www.youtube.com/embed/FQCioN-Qy6Q

And the lies of Fox News are exactly why its viewers know less about the real world than people who watch no news at all. Fox News viewers are constantly bombarded with false information.

Define mutt. I suspect that you meet the definition far better than us.

The real question is, what will Fox News do once the Nursing Homes fill up and due to budget cuts, they only have network TV?

I guess a lot of Fox News Viewers will switch to reruns of M*A*S*H and Leave it to Beaver.

Nowhere near as much as YOU.... But feel free to show some SPECIFIC examples, and not examples pulled from lefty, liberal hit-piece blogs....

Ah, conservative logic. You can't use any evidence that is "liberal". Any evidence that sheds a negative light on Fox News is, by definition, "liberal". Therefore, no legitimate evidence shows Fox News lies.

Let's apply that same reasoning with slightly different arbitrary terms. I say Fox News viewers are all pedophiles. Show me any evidence that a single Fox News viewer isn't a pedophile, and you can't use any righty, conservative evidence, and any evidence that says Fox News viewers aren't pedophiles is, by definition, "righty conservative" and thus invalid. See, you can't even show a shred of valid evidence that Fox News viewers aren't pedophiles. Therefore, we can conclude that all Fox News viewers are indeed pedophiles.

Although I do repeat the word often it is not because it is a tautology.

I have stated before, a mutt is someone who refuses to consider anything outside of their view point. To which you will say that is what i do, but I do listen to what you say, it is just that what you say is not true. You mutts would like everything to be black and white, but it taint...

ut feel free to show some SPECIFIC examples

Sure. And what would be a more appropriate set of examples for this thread than the one read by John Stewart on The Daily Shows. Click on the following link for the video, not hosted on YouTube so that CIC can watch it.
http://www.politicususa.com/2015/02/12/jon-stewarts-epic-fox-news-21-politifact-factchecks.html

Here are the SPECIFIC false statements that Fox News have said. These are there actual statements coming directly from Fox News.

Glenn Beck: Less than 10 percent of Obama’s Cabinet appointees “have any experience in the private sector.” — False (December 2, 2009)

Steve Doocy: White House Political Director Patrick Gaspard once served as the “right-hand man” for Bertha Lewis, who heads up ACORN. — False (September 30, 2009)

Gretchen Carlson: Says the Texas State Board of Education is considering eliminating references to Christmas and the Constitution in textbooks. — Pants on Fire! (March 12, 2010)

PolitiFact’s Lie of the Year: ‘A government takeover of health care’ (December 16, 2010)

Glenn Beck: The Muslim Brotherhood has “openly stated they want to declare war on Israel.” — False (February 15, 2011)

Karl Rove: “American troops have never been under the formal control of another nation.” — False (March 29, 2011)

Brian Kilmeade: Says Gov. Rick Scott’s approval ratings are up. — False (April 15, 2011)

Laura Ingraham: The Massachusetts health care plan is “wildly unpopular” among state residents. — False (May 16, 2011)

Sarah Palin: “Look at the debt that has been accumulated in the last two years. It’s more debt under this president than all those other presidents combined.” — False (June 1, 2011)

PolitiFact’s Lie of the Year: ‘Death panels’ (December 18, 2009)

Kimberly Guilfoyle: If you log into the government’s Cash for Clunkers Web site (cars.gov) from your home computer, the government can “seize all of your personal and private” information, and track your computer activity. — False (August 3, 2009)

Sarah Palin: “We’re going to be looking at $8 billion a day that we’re going to be pouring into foreign countries in order to import that make-up fuel that we’re going to need to take the place of what we could have gotten out of the gulf.” — Pants on Fire! (June 3, 2011)

Sarah Palin: “Democrats are poised now to cause this largest tax increase in U.S. history.” — Pants on Fire! (August 4, 2010)

Bill O’Reilly: “Attorney General Eric Holder is involved in the dismissal of the criminal charges” against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation — False (July 23, 2010)

Sarah Palin: “Barack Obama had 150 days in the U.S. Senate where he was able to vote quite often ‘present.’ ” — False (February 8, 2010)

Glenn Beck: John Holdren, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, “has proposed forcing abortions and putting sterilants in the drinking water to control population.” — Pants on Fire! (July 29, 2009)

Glenn Beck: Labor union president Andy Stern is “the most frequent visitor” at the White House. — False (December 7, 2009)

Glenn Beck: “Why do we have automatic citizenship upon birth? We’re the only country in the world that has it.” — False (June 19, 2009)

Bill O’Reilly: Says he didn’t call Dr. George Tiller a baby killer, as liberal groups charge, but was merely reporting what “some prolifers branded him.” — False (June 5, 2009)

Bill O’Reilly: When White House communications director Anita Dunn said that Mao Tse-tung was “one of her favorite philosophers, only Fox News picked that up.” — False (October 27, 2009)

Bill O’Reilly: “We researched to find out if anybody on Fox News had ever said you’re going to jail if you don’t buy health insurance. Nobody’s ever said it.” — Pants on Fire! (April 27, 2010)

The rather new PunditFact found that 60% of all the statements they examined from Fox News were mostly false or worse.

And there you have it. Fox News is MOSTLY lies.

The fact that John Stewart masterfully pointed out this truth and made Fox News look as bad as it is, is precisely the reason that conservatives hate Stewart: he's right and it's clear to everyone that he's right when he calls Fox News and conservatives out on their moronic lies.

I have stated before, a mutt is someone who refuses to consider anything outside of their view point.

By that definition, you are a mutt and I'm the opposite of a mutt.

I'm willing to accept that the world is flat if you can provide convincing evidence that it is so, if you can show why the multitudes of evidence that the world is round is wrong, if you can explain how satellites orbit a flat Earth and yet send back pictures and videos of an apparently round Earth. Just because I'm a skeptic, doesn't mean I'm not open minded. Skeptics demand evidence, whereas religious and political nuts like you refuse all evidence as demonstrated by this thread. There's a multitude of evidence that Fox News is a propaganda machine that lies all the time, yet you will not admit this truth no matter the evidence presented. That makes you the mutt and a hypocrite.

OK, let's see what we have about this "politicususa.com" site....

OK, let's see what we have about the actual quotes from Fox News and whether or not they are lies.

1. Conservatives have not refuted that any of the quotes are inaccurate or out of context.
2. Conservatives have not refuted that any of the quotes are lies.
3. Who reports the quotes is irrelevant. It's not as if any conservative media is going to report about how much Fox News lies. But what Fox News says and whether or not it's a lie has nothing to do with who report the lies.

Guess what Crazy?

May I suggest John Oliver, he doesn't get involved in politics much and points out the illogic of things which are quite accurate and points out the elephant in the room, and he is really funny.

Here's the problem Dan, the majority of the "lies" you posted above were made by TV personalities that are on "opinion" based shows, not HARD news.. Beck, O'reilly, Palin, Rove, Ingraham, etc. are all paid to give OPINIONS

1. Fox News is a network, not a show.
2. Opinions are not factual statements and factual statements are not opinions.
3. The factual statements given on Fox News are lies and demonstrably so.
4. Those lies are presented as factual truths, not as opinions. "Less than 10 percent of Obama’s Cabinet appointees have any experience in the private sector" is a lie presented as a factual statement to the Fox News audience in order to get them pissed off at the administration for false reasons.
5. Pretty much everything on Fox News is, by your criteria, an "opinion-based show".
6. Opinion-based programming is still subject to accountability regarding the facts when presented on a news outlet. For example, newspaper editorials have always been subjected to fact checking. You can write an editorial stating that America should not have entered WWII, but you can't get away with stating the reason for that is that Hitler had an army of dinosaurs.

The bottom line is that the lies of Fox News are cartoonishly wrong. In contrast, The Daily Show presents the truth and then ridicules it. Yes, it's humor, but the facts are always correct. Fox News looks like it's a warped parody of the news, but is presented as serious and truthful to the very viewer it seeks to misinform and deceive. And yes, the Fox New audience is so stupid that they are easily fooled by these absurd and transparent lies.

That dumb asses with no education or knowledge of the world will elect clinically retarded people like George W. Bush who then will have access to the nuclear codes. A person who cannot pronounce nuclear shouldn't have access to the nuclear codes.

Yep, because as we all know, the Obama voters are much more educated..

1. YouTube is not a source. It's a hosting site.
2. Obama is just Bush with black skin.
3. Ignorant dumbasses make up 100% of the conservative population and about 10% of everyone else.

Lunatics are ignored by the left, whereas on the right the lunatics run the show.

32   Dan8267   2015 Feb 14, 11:11am

And still the conservatives have no response to the list of specific lies told by Fox News...

In contrast, The Daily Show demonstrates real integrity and what "fair and balanced" really means. I'm a bit backlogged in my Daily Shows. I just watched the episode from Nov. 18th. In this episode The Daily Show calls out Nancy Pelosi on her hypocrisy and the dishonest tactics of the Democratic Party in selling Obamacare.

http://thedailyshow.cc.com/videos/tv7jz8/plan-s-labyrinth
http://thedailyshow.cc.com/videos/08g4yv/petty-woman

The only reason conservatives get more derision from The Daily Show is that they deserve it. So-called liberal television is actually a quite accurate scale and like all accurate scales, it points out the heavier load of bullshit.
