It's just the y-chromosome. Most of the genome is not the y-chromosome. Also this is from 2013.

They are significantly different from each other. More different from each other than they are from Europeans for example.
Those in the US are part European anyway. We don't even look at those folks when we want to study African genomes.
Ancestry just looks at Y (for males) and mitochrondria (for females) with respect to ancestry. The rest is a bunch of jumbled up shit that we can sort of work out through principle component analysis but it's still mishmash.

Much of what we accept as fact about WWII, is probably Western propaganda in support of the war effort. The number of deaths of Jewish people was widely accepted to be around 2 million in WWII up until the mid 1960's.
There were certainly many deaths, and Jewish people were targeted - we know that with certainty, but the stated numbers are highly likely to be false.
The people who had the highest number of causalities were likely to have been Russians, then Germans.
