I'm not exactly sure what Kanye was trying to say, but I hate it when we're not allowed to even see the reason that someone was banned.

The reason is that he posted a swastika. Nobody is allowed to post swastikas unless you're Indian and using the reverse one associated with your heritage. That "rule" obviously violates free speech, but has pretty much been applied everywhere in the West since WW2 ended.

That doesn't seem like a good reason to me, especially since it does not look like he is saying he approves of Nazism. It looks like he's saying that Jews are behaving like Nazis, which is admittedly offensive but not a threat. It would help if he explained his position better. Maybe he means that Jews are censoring him like Nazis would have.

I still don't think he should have been banned for that. No group should be entirely immune from all criticism.

I think the estimate of 1 million Jews killed is a little light. I think the estimates after WWII was around 2 million, but who knows?

Agreed again, still doesn't change the fact that history is written by the winners and currently US caused US war deaths are not counted/factored in. Ye is clearly provoking, doesn't mean he is right or wrong, but he is attacking prob the most taboo subject in the world. Might not be the smartest way to fight but maybe he'll find some way through this. Everyone should have the right to free speech, but we are far away from that, not just in the US. Let's see what can be done to restore it

True story, I used to work with one. You can find his videos on the tube. Guy's cubicle was absolutely plastered with space alien propaganda. It's an interesting religion to read about. They'd do sex seminars (orgies) in Canada over the summer and he'd edit the graphic pictures in our lab. One day he came up to me doing Karate kicks (they are super human) in the lab and I farted at him. He threatened to go to HR over sex harassment and I told him, "I don't know what kind of sex you Raeliens have but it doesn't involve farts for us mere humans". I used to toss microcentrifuge tubes filled with frozen nitrogen in the trash at his lab bench. They'd blow up and freak him out.

All that being said, I did like the guy as strange as he was. They are harmless as far as cults go. Oh, he was VP of N. America as well. (When you die, the Raelians come down from the planet Rael, take you there and clone you where you live for 700 years before they have to re-clone you. "If all the human beings were taken away the Earth would flourish" is a meaningless statement. Take away any single species and the Earth will still flourish. Hell, the earth even flourished when ALL the dinosaur species were removed. Still flourishing in North American even when all the species of mammoth, mastodon, saber tooth cats, American rhinos and many other large species died out in the last 100,000 years.

Earth will always flourish as long as the sun shines, species can only make problems for themselves.

God damnit, not another religious conflict...

Here's how I see it, if there is to be a good world, humanity ALONE is able to create it. Ever had a pet? If you weren't a shit owner, you did you best to give that creature a perfect life.

It's not humanity that is fucking up this world, it's a SMALL segment of humanity that is and you are victims to it.

I'm not at all religious, but it seems very clear to me, there's a REAL war between good and evil. There's a crazy fucked up portion of our population that just wants to destroy, but without human beings, something else would come up that would do the same thing. If we are really a sentient species, we'll exterminate the sociopaths. We can do this morally as well, we don't just have to murder them, we just prevent them from spreading their disease, which I assume from my best knowledge, may be genetic.

There is most definitely a war between good and evil, but if you look past the dimension of time, you can know and see the battle is already won. It is won because everything God said happened and will happen, is already settled. The only thing that is not settled is which side each person will choose. It has nothing to do with genetics. It is a choice every person makes to either seek reconciliation/forgiveness from rebellion against their Creator, or continue in their rebellion and separation from God. Unfortunately for those who choose the later, they will bear their sins alone and stand before a righteous God at the judgment with a lifetime of guilt and shame. But for those who repent and accept the payment Jesus made for their sins given as a free gift to every man woman and child, there is forgiveness and their sins are remembered no more.

Today's political incorrectness done properly is by Japan. They say they will go along with the EU's $60 cap per barrel on Russian oil except for the oil they get from Russia.

It will be interesting to see if Russia follows through on its pledge to not sell oil to countries supporting the cap. Japan only imports about $2-3 billion per year of oil from Russia. It's a tough time in the oil markets to find a replacement though. Be a shame if Russia stops exporting gas to Japan too. That's about 9% of Japan's usage.
