Crime, the Law, and Prisons
25 Openly address the extremely disproportionate violent crime rate by black men relative to all other groups, instead of hiding it. You can't fix what you can't talk about.
26 Give the option of permanent deportation to Liberia for all felons, making re-entry to the US a capital crime. Worked well for Britain's deportations to Australia in the 1800's.
27 Mandate life in prison with no possibility of parole for anyone convicted of three violent crimes, to protect the public from repeat offenders, the largest source of violent crime by far.
28 Abolish all "hate crime" laws because they inevitably result in unequal application of the law, favoring some groups over others. We already have laws against crime.

30 Pass laws in every state allowing and encouraging drivers blocked by protestors to run over them to get away.

32 Pass stand your ground laws in every state, so that if some one comes at you intending violence, you need not retreat but can defend yourself where you are.
33 Require all police to wear functioning bodycams at all times when interacting with the public or prisoners, all video to be used as evidence.
34 Create a law that confiscations never go to the agency which confiscated them, to avoid the conflict of interest between justice and money.

43 Anyone who instigates a lawsuit and loses should have to pay his opponent's legal fees so that the suit itself was not a financial punishment. This is the law in most of the world already.

Discrimination

63 Require a class in civic virtue from 1st to 12th grade with examples from ancient Greece and Rome on how to defeat corruption and tyranny, applied to modern issues like corporate lobbying, the rotating door, etc.
64 Require middle school and high school courses to teach what rights are guaranteed by the Constitution, and how to sue for them.
65 Require all teachers, students, and school administrators to pass the test given to legal immigrants applying for citizenship.
66 Require every year of primary education to include teaching disobedience to corrupt government. Especially teach refusal of all mandated injections.

Food

Foreign Policy

Freedom of Speech
89 Define our Constitutionally protected freedom of speech to be freedom of offensive speech in particular. Speech which offends no one is never in need of protection.
90 Create a Constitutional Amendment explicitly prohibiting all levels of government from "advising" or influencing any media on what information to report or suppress.
91 Prohibit discrimination in hiring and firing based on political activities outside of work.
92 Revoke all laws against "hate speech" because such laws violate the First Amendment, which exists specifically to protect "offensive" speech.

Homelessness
95 Require mandatory prison time for hard drug use, because most homeless are addicts, and former addicts testify that enforced sobriety in prison saved them.

Housing
98 Completely eliminate the mortgage interest deduction and all other policies which serve only to keep houses expensive, because expensive houses prevent new family formation.
99 Aggressively implement policies which drive down the price of a house as much as possible, to give young families space to rear children.
100 Promote tiny houses, under 1,000 square feet to help meet demand. This size was normal in the 1950's.
101 Eliminate all minimum house and apartment size requirements. We have millions of people sleeping in camper vans because of these bad requirements.
102 Get serious about ending black crime in the cities. There is an enormous amount of good housing stock which is unusable because of the continuous threat of black violence in particular.
103 Eliminate all building permits beyond basic safety, because it is used to keep the supply of housing low for the benefit of banks and current owners, and make the building safety permits obtainable quickly, easily, and cheaply upon proof of safety.
104 Prohibit all foreigners, including everyone with any non-US citizenship, dual citizenship, or any foreign passport, from owning any land in the US. Confiscate land owned by anyone with a foreign passport, especially from dual citizens, because a second passport is proof of disloyalty to America.
105 Require notarization and publication of all bids on real estate to slow down the routinely fraudulent bidding by realtors themselves.
106 Require a publicly advertised price for a house to be a legally binding obligation to immediately sell at that price, the same way it is with toasters and all other goods.
107 Prohibit government loan guarantees of all kinds, particularly housing or college loan guarantees, because they simply raise the cost of housing and of college.

Immigration
110 Issue permanent shoot-to-kill orders against anyone trying to illegally enter the US. Seriously defending borders was the primary function of government in all parts of the world until recently, and it would end illegal immigration overnight.
111 Make everyone who enters the US illegally or overstays a visa permanently ineligible for citizenship, green cards, employment, and welfare, except for those who help convict and imprison their own employers for employing illegal labor. Incentives matter.
112 Build a wall along the southern US border, to protect American workers from illegal competition.
113 Deport everyone who entered the US illegally.
114 Mandate a minimum of one year federal prison time without parole for every employer of criminal aliens. Employers are not afraid of fines, only of prison.

Infrastructure

121 Give official federal priority to fast and cheap rail transit to city centers as in Europe, in place of subsidies and favoritism for highways and airports. Rail is far more cost-efficient and less polluting. But this requires eliminating the epidemic of black crime in city centers first.

130 Make our sidewalks of interlocking bricks on sand over the telephone and power cables, as in Germany, for easy maintenance access.
131 End daylight "savings" time because it is a cost with no benefits. Start school an hour after sunrise, whatever time that is.
132 Organize all government and school hours in relation to sunrise, noon, and sunset, year round. This promotes mental health by conforming to circadian rhythms.
133 Cover all parking lots with solar cells for the double win of energy generation and reduced car air conditioning cost in summer.
134 Fund research into primitive solar power instead of photovoltaic which wear out, get destroyed in hail storms, and pollute with toxic metals. Instead favor thermal masses and other methods of solar energy capture which can last for centuries.

Jobs
135 Make every job interview a legally binding offer to reply to the applicant within two weeks, either with further interviews, or a decision. Silence should be punished with a $10,000 fine, paid to the applicant immediately after two weeks have passed without an answer.
136 Ban all HR departments, especially corporate and university longhouses. There must be only legal and illegal activity, never feminist kangaroo courts.

Legislation
139 Require an objectively graded legislation reading comprehension test for all Congressmen. Publish every test and each Congressman's answers.

Mens Rights

212 Prohibit the creation of any term for US currency except its weight of 0.999 pure silver. So "pound" is OK for a pound of 0.999 pure silver, but "dollar" and all other such non-weight terms are to be prohibited because they can be redefined to devalue to the currency.

245 Require all private people and companies which collect or distribute home addresses and phone numbers to prominently display all of the owners' home addresses and phone numbers, and all similar information they collect on the public. That is, demand equality of exposure.
246 Prohibit websites from including 3rd party javascript, especially that from Google or Facebook, without explicit site user agreement that every keystroke or mouse movement etc will be visible to Google or Facebook and that those sites may have altered the page content. It's spyware and most people are unaware of it.
247 Make it a serious crime for any software to install updates without explicit permission from the user, and a warning that this turns over control of their device to the company installing the software.
248 Ban digital IDs. IDs must always be exclusively physical paper or plastic, not something stored on a phone or other device which can be reported to a central database upon use.
249 Prosecute everyone involved in putting Tulsi Gabbard and Nick Fuentes on no-fly lists merely for being political dissidents.
250 Create new ways of publishing which are completely immune to government censorship, perhaps by internet over radio.
251 Create new ways of provably secure person to person communication, completely immune from government snooping.

Regulation and States Rights
252 Eliminate all federal government agencies outside of the military and commerce; everything else belongs to the states, as is written in the Constitution.
253 Eliminate the FBI, CIA, NSA, NIH, FDA, and CDC in particular, with their functions transferred to the states.
254 Eliminate all federal funding for science and let the states fund it instead. This would reduce Pfizer's corruption of science.
255 Allow girl scouts to bake their own cookies at home.
256 Restrict application of the Interstate Commerce Clause in the Constitution to apply only to the physical movement of goods across US state lines. Overrule Wickard v. Filburn, 317 U.S. 111 (1942), which unreasonably expanded Congress’s power under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.
257 Eliminate all business license requirements beyond recording the identity of the owners so that someone is liable for whatever illegal activity the business does.
258 Eliminate "sales licenses". Everyone must be free to sell anything without being obligated to collect sales tax.

Second Amendment
261 Prohibit the government from maintaining any list of gun ownership. No registration of arms was known in law until the late 19th century. Such lists will be used to confiscate guns in a fabricated "emergency".

Sex
264 Strictly separate multiple-person bathrooms for biological men and women as defined by their chromosomes.
265 Ban gay men from adopting, since the majority are gay because they were molested as boys, and then frequently go on to become molesters themselves.
266 Ban gay men from being alone with boys, ever, because most gays were created through homo-pedophilia.
267 Ban the sodomy flag, trans flag, BLM flag, and other flags from any property funded by tax money, however indirectly. Only official government flags may be displayed.
268 Define the promotion of homosexuality or trans ideology to children as child sex abuse.
269 Revert the classification of transsexuality to be the mental illness which is obviously is.
270 Revert the classification of male homosexuality to be what it really is: a contagious life-shortening mental illness.
271 Prohibit women from being police, military officers, and similar, because it undermines healthy sex roles, leading to demographic collapse.
272 Prohibit women from being judges because of their deadly record in releasing repeat felons who then murder women.

Taxes
273 Require all "non-profits" to pay property tax, because extremely wealthy institutions like Stanford and Houston Methodist use that status to evade taxes.
274 Create a Constitutional amendment to establish the right to buy and sell without any "sales license" or any sales taxes to encourage business formation and reduce paperwork.
275 Eliminate all income and sales taxes, to be replaced with Georgist land value taxes and import tariffs. Do not tax buildings or improvements, only land values.
276 Make all US land ownership and land tax records easily available online for free in a simple standardized format.
277 Swap the current maximum tax rates on income from work vs capital gains until Georgism is implemented and income tax eliminated.
278 End Prop 13 in California, to be replaced with a land value tax, with zero taxes on buildings and land improvements.
279 Prohibit sales tax on used property which was already taxed when first sold. Ultimately eliminate sales tax in favor of a land value tax.
280 Prohibit all public sector unions, especially teachers unions and prison guard unions. Government workers, a monopoly business, should not be able to conspire against the public which they supposedly serve.

Unity
283 Mandate a year of national public service at age 18 with no exemptions. Mix all classes together for a year, 4th of July to 4th of July, at public service camps of 100 people, men and women separated. Selection into service camps must be provably random.
284 Declare English to be the country's sole official language. All interaction with government at local, state, and federal levels must be in English only.
285 Require all government documents to be in non-activist English. "He" is the default pronoun and not "they", "black" must remain uncapitalized just like "white", and years must remain AD or BC, as examples.
286 Proclaim that America's cultural heritage is high-trust European, and actively keep out all immigrants from low-trust societies unless they prove themselves willing to completely assimilate into American culture.
287 Ban all Islamic immigration and formally recognize that Islam is a violent totalitarian political ideology which commands the overthrow of every other culture and the imposition sharia law, which eliminates democracy, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.

Voting
290 Make Jan 6th a national holiday honoring the political prisoners who protested the 2020 election fraud.
291 Prosecute Pelosi, Ray Epps, and the other FBI agents of Jan 6th for conspiracy, entrapment, and incitement to violence.
292 Prosecute everyone in the DOJ who fabricated charges against the election fraud protestors entrapped by Pelosi and the FBI.
293 Eliminate all voting machines in favor of paper ballots alone because it is insane to give centralized control of the totals to Dominion and similar companies.
294 Eliminate mail-in voting or drop boxes; have only paper ballots with photo ID in person at a local school on that one day only, counted by each party.
295 Require all ballots to be publicly visible at all times after submission, in transparent containers and counted in rooms with unlimited public visibility.
296 Require proof of US citizenship with physical photo ID to vote.
297 Require all voters to pass the US citizenship test given to aspiring immigrants, in English only.
298 Make Election Day a single day by law, requiring all ballots to be manually counted by midnight.
299 Make Election Day a national holiday for those who show proof of voting.
300 Make Congressional representation dependent solely on the number of US citizens in a state, not the total number of people, which counts tens of millions of illegal aliens.
301 End gerrymandering by finding the shortest line which separates off 1/(no. of Congressmen) of the population, recursively
302 Repeal the 19th Amendment. This would solve our most serious political problems very quickly.
