Google accused of excluding Asians, whites for some positions

A lawsuit alleges the search giant set hiring quotas for some technical positions.

A former Google recruiter was fired from his job for objecting to a company practice of rejecting Asian and white male candidates for technical positions, according to a civil lawsuit filed against the internet giant.

Arne Wilberg, who worked at Google for nine years, alleges Google set quotas for hiring minorities, Bloomberg reported Thursday. The lawsuit, filed in January in California's San Mateo County Superior Court, claims he was fired by Google in retaliation for complaining to human resources about the company's hiring practices, the news agency reported.

The controversy comes as Silicon Valley companies grapple with how to increase workforce diversity in an industry dominated by white men and permeated with corporate cultures that seem biased against women and female engineers. Google, Facebook, Microsoft and other tech companies now regularly release diversity reports, highlighting low percentages of women and minority employees, with few moving up the management chain.

Google had "irrefutable policies, memorialized in writing and consistently implemented in practice, of systematically discriminating in favor job applicants who are Hispanic, African American, or female, and against Caucasian and Asian men," according to Wilberg's complaint.

Ted Kennedy literally promised the 1965 Immigration Act would not fundamentally alter the demographics of the USA. Liberals sneered at suggestions it would do so. Now they say "Haw Haw! You'll become the minority, Ha!Ha!"

Just like the Somalis were going to be so well integrated it would be a model program. Minnesota and Minneapolis and aid organizations from all over spent millions in advance of their arrival. Now into their 2nd/3rd Generations, they are famous only for crime. Even their very first cop on the force shot an unarmed woman who called the police for help, for no reason!

Just like The Giant Sucking sound was mocked, but became the real deal in the wake of NAFTA and MFN. The Free Traders promised it would create "High Tech Jobs of the Future", and then when it didn't, they said "Haw, Haw, can't fight this natural process, even though it's completely political and man-made, lose your job and take Oxy, scum!

Mass Immigration, Rapefugees, and one-sided, unbalanced "Free Trade" aren't natural forces, they're 100% man-made policies that can be ended.

Liberals today get indignant when vote fraud is mentioned, but tomorrow it will be "Haw Haw, undocumented immigrant voting tipped the scales for us permanently."

So i got pulled over for driving too fast on the freeway last month. I was fully cooperative with the officer (Asian male), who asked me some basic questions and then, surprisingly, let me go.

White privilege? Maybe. But perhaps it was a reapectful and cooperative attitude that convinced him that i wasn’t worth the paperwork to ticket. He didn’t seem happy with me, but he didn’t write me a ticket either. So what do you call that?

Occam's razor says that it was 99% the respectful and friendly attitude. 99% of the people don't give a shit about who you are as long as you have some manners. This dividing by race, gender, sex, etc. has become so stale and needs to stop pronto.

Thing is, that's an historical guarantee. Common in the 18th and 19th Century UK, California before the 1950s, etc. Mostly White People.

"New Yorkers, Come West, we're paying a five dollars a day."
"Haha, that was just one position, but I'll do you a favor, you can pick this lettuce for five cents an hour. After the entire season, you might have enough for one ticket back home."

One of the favorite reasons to enclose was "Saucy" laborers who could scratch by between their small holding and the Common. No Common = Dependence on the Farmer for wages.

That's how the US Coastie Elites feel today. "These uncouth Whites are too uppity with the wage demands, all this unionization and American Dream crap. Let's import more desperate Brown People who will take what I'll give 'em."

Microaggression/insensitivity. In Rio Grande Valley (South TX) many (most) farmers are Hispanic.
