If Trump had taken office in January 1961 instead of JFK, maybe Trump would have headed off the situation before October 1962. Maybe there would have been no crisis at all.

Remember a year ago when the talking-head media was all about Trump somehow escalating the situation in N. Korea? How is that narrative working out now?

At least one thing is for sure: Against the bleating complaints of all the USA war people, Trump has shown a steadfast willingness to meet and talk with leaders from "enemy" countries.
