Like Kafka's Castle, small business owners, workers and pretty much everyone else not with their own private island have to jump through bullshit rules and hoops til they are so demoralized that they give up or turn on each other. Without (potentially violent) civil disobedience people won't be able to return to normal. The bullshit has taken over their lives, esp. in leftoid states.

Any reason why UV-B bulbs (ultraviolet light that destroys viruses, but safe for people) have not been installed in trains or other indoor areas where people gather?
