The rain always came to California from time to time.
Redwood trees aren't lichens.
My first winter in Santa Cruz was 1982 and it was a little scary.
The state throws a shitload of water away in the delta because of the little topsmelt they think they needed to save from a lack of water.

One year of heavy rain, one year of moderate to heavy rain, one year of light rain, three or four years of drought. Rinse/repeat. Current rains are ten to 15 year floods, not even 30 or 50 year. Fires every year because, well, do they really need a reason? Looks like the DEW activity is on hold because they must have shot down the DEW apparatus, or the Globalist redevelopers are still digesting the old stuff.

How come nobody mentions El Nino or La Nina any more? Not part of the GreenFuck Global Warming Agenda?

The Democrats holding state office in California are far scarier than any natural disasters.

What crock, none of these storms were a disaster, they were welcome! But npcs can't be helped. Case in point friends were looking forward to move to NV and leave highly taxed CA, but now they want to move within CA due to manbearpig! Note that climate change is not drought/lack of snow, now it's the snow storms which used to be deemed normal desirable weather before globull warming / drought was a thing!! I'm like wtf I'd move up there for all the fresh powder to ski and board in every single day! The snow is fantastic right now, one of the best! But if you watch leftoid lamestream media news even winning the lottery is a disaster! lol

Doesn't Nevada suck?
At least Florida has beaches and the Gulf Stream and chicks including cougars who haven't hit the hag button yet.

If you like semi naked chicks and beach parties it does suck. If you want to raise a family without globalist overreach or income tax, with clean air and plenty of powder to ski on then it's mountainous regions are pretty good.

I like the midwest. Not remotely in the chick game, but you can have your way with chicks that don't understand that they're hot. I go to CA or FL and it's a bunch of clowned (makeup) cunts with no personality and trying to find the highest wage earning male to buy them what they want by dressing like a whore.

Mountainous regions are going south as well. I'll be in one in about 9 days in Bozeman. Been there frequently over 20 years. It's shit. Sure the chicks are thin from hiking and being outside, but they're mostly fucking morons. Including dudes.

I simply just don't like populated places with 5k plus population. It annoys the fuck out of me. I lived in a yuppie western suburb of Chicago with about 40k people. As the crow flies it was under a mile to get to home depot, yet would take 15 minutes to drive there. And again all the female population 20-30 were spoiled shit heads. I'd rather find a rural chick and mold them to what I want as a sugar daddy they didn't know existed. Chicks expect to be spoiled in urban areas.

I found my wife in California, but she was a new transplant from the MidWest. Not really a California girl.
The real problem with good, hot, smart women is they usually get snapped up fast, or move to a coast and get lost in their self-appointed mission to try to save the world.
I got mine with a lot of luck, and I still wouldn’t trade her.

Not even for a 1940 Packard 180 formal sedan with overdrive and rare first year AC?

The author is barking at a wrong tree wrt bums: they are who they are and where they are not because of "housing shortage" but because they are addicted to all kinds of junk and California is simply the most comfortable place to be one of these: the weather, the handouts, the non-enforcement of laws are all contributing factors. The idea that a junkie lying passed out on Embarcadero will suddenly clean up and get a job if offered an apartment in Concord for $400-600 per month is extremely naive.

Above is correct; Santa Cruz is one of the only places in the USA that provides food stamps without a real physical address.

I know. With one of those, a Rolex and a gold chain around your neck, you could score all kinds of sex starved, man hunting damoiselles.
Back seat would blaze up like daytime with a UV light from all the expended bodily fluids.
