It is not true. Mostly it is called "Ghettoization" not cultural preservation.
Also it doesn't matter if "minority conclave" is rich or poor, It is still termed as ghetto.
yes
Then I think you know that many American born Asian kids are completely 100% assimilated. (I am even spouse to one of those). I don't know if that's what you referred to as americanized asians, or if you referred to something else.
To me those completely assimilated folks are not really Asian, any more than a black whose ancestors came here before most haolie's ancestors came, is African.
while most adult arrivals only somewhat americanize.

Yes. And those are the ones pricing whites, blacks, American-born Asians and American-born Latinos out of the densely packed, over-crowded, over-priced Bay Area.

Yup. My friend, a chinese girl who still acts very chinese, arrived here at about 20 to do her masters (shes prob 28 now). She recently purchased a home in a newly constructed neighborhood with her american born chinese husband. She gloated to me that her (chinese) realtor told her that her new neighborhood was 90% asian, mostly chinese so far (it was about half sold at that point). She was so happy about it, and I'm not sure if she understands that the PC crowd might not approve of her preference. The homes were expensive, and bidding wars + "it only goes up" mania gave her instant equity.
Second, 20% of all new Covid cases are now in Florida.
First, in the middle of the night, an appellate court reinstated the CDC''s ban on cruise ships that DeSantis recently got overturned in court.

Trump will be reinstated. Just wait.
If positive hope makes you feel better, I will not dissuade you from it.
When did the navy get judicial authority? This is a total BS story.

Fallopia is trolling by posting this.
Is he an independent troll, or paid?
richwicks saysI swallowed it 20 years ago and was in a practical rage for 16 years because 1/2 my friends had "hope" that X would fix it!
I'm sorry to hear that. Do you take any responsibility for your 16 years of rage? I'm pretty sure it wasn't your friends' fault.
richwicks saysThis is a total BS story.
But it's on a pro-Trump news website. Are you saying that people write and propagate fake pro-Trump news stories?
https://realrawnews.com/
His technique seems to be:
1. post something so outlandish from a disreputable but right-wing site that people object
2. attempt to generalize that to "see, this one right-wing site posted bullshit, therefore all right-wing sites are bullshit"
What are the actual crimes he should be charged with?
Seriously though, I think Comey could indeed be found guilty of some offense that would merit the death penalty.
The FBI is that corrupt.
I've lost a lot of faith in the people I thought were smart. They're smart, in a single area, of their expertise, and complete dildo moron idiots in others. Autistic geniuses, and their arrogance, prevents them from ever realizing they are wrong. I'm surrounded by retarded experts. This is what Silicon Valley is actually like.

2. attempt to generalize that to "see, this one right-wing site posted bullshit, therefore all right-wing sites are bullshit"
And yet the election was indeed stolen by ballot fraud. I think he's really trying to create FUD about that fraud.
How much do you get paid for this, @Fallopia ?

The website and stories are obviously BS. Anyone with half a brain should instantly realize this. Yet look at the comments below some of the stories...they number into the thousands. Tons of people believe this bullshit. They will glom on to any conspiratorial nonsense.
Just like people believe the election was stolen because they can't accept reality.
The conspiracy theory in this case is that the election was fair and not stolen as the evidence pointing toward massive fraud is overwhelming. Math just is and doesn't lie
