See, you reject the obvious that Obamacare is a LAW. It was passed, turned into law, upheld by the supreme court, and as I said- LAW. As such, there is nothing to debate and the GOP is not following protocol. Its really not that complicated. The Republicans have total contempt for their opponents and think that just sitting down at the negotiating table with Democrats is a huge concession in itself and all that could be reasonably expected of them.
