Youre kinda wacky(well a lot wacky), but I have to admit, the UC boss show makes my fiance tear up and gets to me a bit. The Sandy Hook interviews leave me with nothing. Time for sanctions and boycotts against the most currupt institution to have ever attempted to destroy our great republic. Bay Area Observer, are you up for the task? From what I can tell, Crimea is an independent Republic that has every right to choose to be part of Russia is they so desire, just like the rest of Ukraine may choose otherwise.

The US newspapers and propaganda outlets appear to be doing the usual context-free play-by-play coverage, rather than INFORMING the public about what the historical facts of the region are.

I admit I could be wrong, but I think the US news coverage is just simplistic anti-Russia propaganda, to a large extent.

If owning a house is impossibly out of reach for most people, who would otherwise like to think of them selves as Middle class. Then eventually there will be political hell to pay. I would be concerned trying to invest in bulk properties, communities will be riling against the corporate serial landlord, commoditizing residential single family properties. With the goal to rent out.

While I agree, I think the bigger issue with renting is the ability of rents to swing wildly when Wall Street maximizes its speculative ability in rental housing. They'll be pilling on campaign contribution cash to deregulate rental markets so they have no responsibility to the home's upkeep. They'll buy and sell homes, raising and lowering rents as markets shift due to renter initiative or lack thereof, forcing renters to move year by year or when properties change hands or families are priced out of previously affordable markets. In short, the uncertainty created for renters will be the corporate investors' undoing. You can still feel middle class if your rent stays reasonable and you have the option stay for as long as you choose to do so. When you're hopping from foot to foot, wondering when the eviction notice is coming despite the fact that you're paid up and never cause trouble, then people get angry.
