fraud and misrepresentations.. And there is plenty of evidence on that front from the GAO.

Bullshit, prove it. Last I heard a number put on voter fraud it had five or six zeros in front of it.

‘We Don’t Have Any’ Problem of Illegal Immigrants Voting in U.S., Dem Congressmen Say -

At a discussion panel on voter identification (ID) laws held at the U.S. Capitol on Feb. 17, CNSNews.com asked Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.): “What should be done in regards to illegal immigrants voting?”

Lewis replied, “I don’t know of any. I don’t know of any case in any -- in Georgia, in Alabama, in North Carolina, Mississippi or any parts of America -- that some illegal person, some person who’s not a citizen had cast a vote and I just think that’s a lot of say-and-do about nothing. That’s not happening.

- See more at: http://cnsnews.com/news/article/we-don-t-have-any-problem-illegal-immigrants-voting-us-dem-congressmen-say#sthash.Z4AMGvSc.dpuf

While tracking illegal immigrant voting is difficult, according to a report issued by the Commission on Federal Election Reform in 2005, the Justice Department has conducted more than 180 investigations into election fraud since October of 2002. Federal prosecutors have charged 89 individuals and convicted 52 for election-fraud offenses, including giving false voter-registration information.

adding...

"Recent events also suggest at least the strong possibility of non-citizens voting.

In 2011, Colorado’s secretary of state found by comparing drivers’ licenses that Colorado had potentially as many as 16,270 non-citizens on its voting rolls.

In 2007, the Dallas Morning News ran a piece titled “Non-citizens likely voted in Bexar County” which explained how 330 non-citizens were discovered on voting rolls after they were summoned for jury duty.

The 2004 Washington State gubernatorial election was decided by 133 votes while 1,678 illegal votes, mostly by felons, were cast. The election was upheld because there was no accurate way to determine which candidate was the recipient of the illegal votes.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, currently 31 states require some form of identification to vote, with eight having strict photo ID requirements. Another 29 states have no ID requirement to vote.

But conservatives only recognize English don't they? Any other language proves someone is an illegal or a terrorist from Kenya or is a faggot.

You've gone so far down the hate hole you can't recognize that you are defiling the principles you think define you. You don't deserve to be an American if you deny freedom to ALL AMERICANS.

what else but English.. how else do you expect immigrant be they from Kenya, Mexico, Germany Japan or Russia to converse, get jobs, and carry out a business and ordinary life even among themselves.. Or do you want these people to live in their own Ethnic Ghetto a new form of Apartheid separate from all other different groups with Liberal imposed Jim Crow laws where each one cannot communicate and cannot grow economically ... you really want to marginalize them into a corner never able to grow depended on government .. the new slavery..

You Liberals never have realized how racists you can actually be .. especially with immigrants..

Knowing English empowers immigrants.. something you know nothing of because your afraid of them.

Conversely, 'Right to work' strengthens the individual's right to offer labor for individually negotiated wage, correctly matching the skillset to wage.
Lumping everyone into a union takes away incentive to develop individual skillsets as the rewards will not match the effort given for self improvement in most cases.

'Right to work' rewards those who put in the effort to improve. Unions reward everyone, regardless of their effort.

How did CO determine "possibly non-citizens"? "His name is Juan, maybe?"

These people were on the voting rolls. So even if there were a photo ID requirement it would not have prevented them from voting.

Anyhow, it's more effective to steal an election wholesale, not retail. Meaning, recruiting a bunch of illegal aliens to vote is a lot of work. Getting the CEO of Diebold to commit to helping a candidate win is more efficient.

Now, we do know who is prevented from voting with photo ID, so the motiviation is pretty clear.

39096   control point   2013 Nov 1, 1:13am

Honestly don't think these numbers mean a swing in the House. Gerrymandered districts plus the fact that Conservative Zealots voters as a % of overall Conservative population is much higher than moderates and Liberals.

That is, the biggest share of democrat voters are in the middle. Those voters don't vote in as high of numbers as the extreme left or right.

So if the country is 35% hard core right, 5% right leaning, 5% swing, 35% left leaning, and 20% hard core left, and 80% of the hard cores vote while only 40% of everyone else votes, it ends up being pretty close. Each left/right Base gets about 50% of the total votes.

The left will dominate generic polls like this because most of the country is left. But most of them aren't hard core left, only moderately left of center.

So even in this environment when all of the true swing voters are in the Democrats side, the gerrymandered districts make it tough to pick up seats.

I grew with up with all them and they are all very much Conservative in their views.. God Family and Country...

How is God, Family, and Country conservative? Family is a concern EVERYONE has as well as a desire to see the country do well. Those whom think they are conservative because they think that they and they alone only share these desires then they're full of crap. Those are universal, global values.

What IS conservative however, is say- ignoring the part of the constitution that doesn't formally recognize any single religion but states we are able to worship whom we please and then insisting that the US is strictly Christian and that all people must be forced to live by Christian morals. That isn't about freedom or country. Its about trying to suppress.

Current conservatism seems to be about trying to force people to "behave" as those on the right think they should- again- by their own moral beliefs. As such this goes as far as to prying into individual's lives by trying to tell them who they can and can't marry, and so on.

"By finding the golden mean. The ideal strategy for elections is to make sure your districts have just enough of a partisan tilt to ensure you'll almost certainly win them, but not so much that you win them overwhelmingly and waste your votes. Meanwhile, you want to cram the opposition's voters into districts which they win by overwhelming margins and thus waste their votes."

You have to understand this in context: the ultra-hyper-turboconservatives are the only ones who are right: they alone are gifted with the insight necessary to run things.

Therefore, they should not leave it up to naïve, quiche-eating liberals, mushy moderates, insufficiently BenghaziCare-loathing RINOs who are merely extremely conservative, and dirty criminorities, to fix the American which The Evil Bill Clinton (boo hiss!) destroyed.

This is not seizure of power. This is helping the rest of us by stopping us from destroying America through our stupidity.

It's like when Germany needed a strong, decisive leader, to burn the Reichstag, blame it on the commies, and reinstitute some old-school authority in a scary, unpredictable system.

Thanks, ultraturboconservatives (Pro Edition, Reagan Mark IV)!

I was reading some sort of tea party piece the other day and was totally baffled that the Arthur said that what the party ( GOP) needed to do was to elect people who are even MORE conservative. Baffled because statements like that basically show a total lack of understanding on what's happening to their party. They are basically going to continue on with the exact opposite strategy that's shown to fail over and over again. So as long as the GOP decides to keep digging this hole into ever more outlandish conservatism they are going to lose and lose some more. That's fine with me...

When I spent two days listening to hate radio the underlying context was that the whole country had shifted to the left, and that the only exemplar of remnant conservatism was the Tealiban. If you ask progressives they say the exact opposite, that the country is so shrill and primitive that even Reagan and Eisenhower would be considered traitors and be spat upon.

As a somewhat liberal person I can tell you that after the last election I find myself more at ease with the situation in politics. To me its rather clear the GOP is finished in its current form. That they seem to be growing louder and louder shows this level of frustration and perhaps realization that they can't perform business as usual as it was back in the good ole' days when all they needed to do was pander to a singular base who were more focused on social conservatism versus actual government.

Its happening as we speak. The GOP will likely lose the house and likely the next major election too because they have so far squandered an entire year trying to stop ACA and as such, that's one more year for them to show the demographics they need to impress in order to win elections that they are not the party for them.

Personally, I wish the GOP would come to this realization sooner and come back as a more reasonable party. That isn't to say they shouldn't be conservative. But at least bring intelligent and constructive debate back to the bargaining table. A stronger, more solidified party means a better functioning government overall. The right and means to agree or disagree, but work forward on reasonable compromises. As I see it now the GOP is beyond compromise and its simply not working and it is costing our economy dearly.

I don't know who was involved, but my feeling is that some very wealthy and powerful people planned this. Shouldn't be too hard to find for FBI, to see who benefited. But I also feel that since they have been so busy covering it up until now, there is no reason why they'll let the truth out.

Speaking as a govt employee with access to confidential information(albeit much lower level than this stuff) I can tell you that there are only two things necessary to end a coverup decades down the road:

1. All the employees involved in the original coverup being retired or dead.

2. A conscientious current employee along with a willing and similiar minded supervisor. Particularly helpful if there's a division head near retirement willing to indulge the situation or a like minded new agency head.

While it won't be in the news, I can assure that the truth about the agency I work for's past misdeeds are out there in general form in movies, and in specific form via news articles online ranging from LA Times to salon.com to LA weekly. It's uncanny how close to the actual truth they got, cumulatively. I've heard stories about how they got so accurate, but I'm willing to bet a few people got paid.

Anywho, I'm certain the truth about the JFK stuff will eventually come out.

A blatantly obvious falsehood.

No, fire could not have touched every support all at once necessary for a fall the way the building fell. You argue there is no pancake, but your argument for collapse is the penthouse. You can't play both sides of that fence cockroach. Come on Bugsy, are you having a brain spasm here?

Is that supposed to be a joke? The fire doesn't need to 'touch' every support all at once. That is your wrong-headed assertion. And my argument for the collapse isn't the penthouse. The penthouse, the other roof structures and the bowing show that there was massive internal collapse of structures BELOW them just as the official report states, and that your 'squibs' are obviously not squibs but a consequence of the progressive collapse taking place inside the building that resulted in the collapse of the building as a whole.
That isn't playing both sides of the fence. That is looking at the evidence and seeing that your claims are conspiracy bullshit.

The penthouse collapsed. Then the rest of the roof structures disappeared and the building bowed and then collapsed. This is what you flat out say isn't proof.

You are calling for a pancake. It is clear from the spacing of the floors that there was no pancake. You are saying that the penthouse, which was detonated, btw, pancaked onto the other floors causing the whole thing to fall. That is moronic and you know it. It never could have free fallen by that pancaking. And you know it.

What is moronic are the arguments you make. You've seen the video, so now according to you the penthouse was also (silently) detonated along, presumably with the rest of the roof structures. Perhaps you'd care to explain why they thought that was necessary before, in your version of events, they detonated the whole building. You're so wrapped up in your conspiracy nonsense that you've lost the ability to rationally look at the claims you are making and to see them for the risible bit of nonsense that they are. 'Detonated the penthouse first.' Ha, ha, ha.

Anyway, I'm going to try and avoid responding to you too much in the future because clearly you are lost to rational thought. No matter what you see or read, you are going to make up some additional nonsense that you think supports your claims, the 'detonation' of the penthouse being your most recent one. There really isn't any point in discussing this any further. You've made your outlandish arguments, I've given my response.

I see you've now moved on to your apparently new discovery of the LBJ conspiracy story and are already claiming it as 100% fact. Have fun with that.

Maybe we can have a sweepstakes to guess what your next conspiracy thread will be after LBJ seeing as your Yinon plan spiel failed to get any traction. One thing is for sure, tenuous arguments will, once again, lead to 100% certainty in your mind.

And just as a reminder, you really should read that psychology article I linked to.
