Use it to fund or in conjunction with an organization like Judicial Watch to sue those holding up the official border wall. Or donate it to the government body building the border wall. I suspect a combination of both is probably what will happen.
Though honestly a few tens of millions of dollars, wont even fund a couple miles of border wall. So it will probably be best spent with Watch Dog groups to ride the governments ass and expose those trying to stop the wall. And to sue the government for FOIA documents to uncover fraud that is preventing the wall from being built.
