1. Nope - no threat of withholding aid. HOWEVER, Biden did threaten to withhold aid in order to have Porky fire Prosecutor Shokin. Biden, then VP, bragged about it. Including daring Porky to go ask Obama if he thought he was bluffing.

2. There is no extortion. As President, bearing a signed mutual criminal investigation agreement (signed by Bill Clinton) with the Ukraine, and as the chief Law Enforcement Official in the land, Trump is well within his rights to ask for cooperation with the Ukrainian President in investigating a US Citizen. Indeed, it's an official duty for him to do so.

3. No Election Law, since Primaries are Private Club Events. Either Republicans or Democrats could not hold primaries at all and nominate their candidate in a smoke filled room.

What we're seeing is projection, where the Democrats and the Media (but I repeat myself) are accusing the President of doing what they did.

We're also seeing Political Judo, where Trump is going to hoist the Democrats by their own petard.
