That's a big red flag to not even bother to read it.

When you have one person speaking that is so fragile that they cannot accept feedback, you're reading propaganda. You are ALWAYS reading propaganda when you are not allowed to provide feedback today.

The reason our propaganda "news" took away commenting is people like me pointed out they were lying through their teeth. Now I don't know a ton about law, so I can't really comment much on the article, but there are people who do - who also can't comment on the article. Ignore bullshit opinions when the pussies can't accept a critique. This is universal. If you see a video on youtube that has comments turned off - ignore it. Same with any "news" article - ignore it.

Mountain Lions around my neighborhood in Tri Valley. Wife and I were walking dog and we saw the llon peering at us from a bush coming around a corner couple of years ago.
That was our first sighting. We were both scared shitless, and walked away very fast.

We are gone half the week, so one lion must have decided to use our bushes as a domicile. I heard him right outside my study window twice growling and chirping. It left scats on our front door area.

After the last four point temblor, the next evening, we were walking down the path dividing the development. I saw a bunch of eyes bobbing and presumed them to be deer, but they weren't acting like deer. Then, i thought coyotes and shone my light over and saw the haunches and long tail. There were four of them gamboling like they were having fun, presumably a mom and her nearly grown pups. Scared shitless again, and one of them when we looked back stared at us as we went down the path. I reported that one, but I don't think they believed me. If you don't have pix, they think it is too improbable. However, around Santa Cruz, security cameras have been picking up lions in people's driveways.

Then, again a couple of weeks later, when walking in the dark, We saw a lion in the headlights of a car going by run right by our house running from the arroyo into the neighborhood. When we went up our walkway, another cat was headed for us, a bobcat, and turned and high tailed it away from us when it saw us. I think the big cat (mountain lion) had been chasing the bobcat and the bobcat made a stage left right toward us. Anyway, scared shitless a third time. Wife won't walk in the dark any more.

They say that mountain lions need a very large area per cat, but I don't believe it. They are very stealthy, and are clearly around a lot more than they say. Hippie guy who rides his bike early in the morning at 5:30 AM says he has seen lions in the arroyo, as well as wild pigs, coyotes etc. We can see where the pigs have dug things up, but have never seen them yet.

Nature is staging a comeback.
