When I used to bike a lot, I had to replace my chain periodically. Chain is always too long (has to be) and I'd return the extra 5-7 links demanding a pro-rated refund and act seriously. A lot of salesman remember me for that, after they realized I was kidding.

And get this carpet is 12 foot wide, so they have to buy 24 x 30, there's the four feet by 30 strip and the cutouts for those corners.
