Since we know the numbers are going to suck since Peppermint Patty is leading the Amen Corner Media to blame Putin for it:

Frankly, I prefer my spaceship to have big tits and not fake inflated ones.

EDIT - numbers drop:
America goes back to the 80s: Surging gas prices and higher rents push inflation to 41-year high of 8.5% as White House blames it on Putin invading Ukraine
The consumer price index rose 8.5% in March from a year ago, the fastest increase since December 1981
Housing costs, which make up about a third of the index, have escalated and show no signs of cooling
Gasoline prices soared 49% in March from a year ago as the war in Ukraine rocked energy markets
Biden's administration tried to get ahead of the dire inflation news by blaming Russian leader Vladimir Putin
But Republicans place the blame for soaring prices on 'Democrats' reckless spending and failed policies'

Another thought I have a lot:

Though you can't import slaves, you can export work.

Many of those illegals will be doing what many would call "slave work."

Shock new research for DailyMail.com lays bare brutal toll of inflation under Biden — as we break down why American families are paying a staggering $5,915 more on everyday items
Item by item, we reveal what consumers are paying right now, and what they SHOULD be paying were it not for 12 months of runaway 9.1% inflation
Comprehensive analysis by DailyMail.com found the 45 products that were most frequently burning a hole in the pockets of the average urban shopper
Price rises for gasoline (59.9%) are well known, but many everyday items have jumped: Among them, eggs are up 33.1%, chicken up 18.6% and men's suits are up 24.9%
The typical U.S. household $5,915 cost spike is a hefty rise for households on the median income of $67,521
Families have cut back on everything from Friday-night treats to groceries and travel to make ends meet

https://slaynews.com/economy/inflation-squeeze-forces-45-percent-of-americans-to-cut-spending-on-groceries-poll/

A recent survey from Suffolk University/USA TODAY (pdf) reveals that 45.3 percent of Americans have had to cut back their spending on groceries.

59.4 percent also said they are eating out less often as a result of inflation.

Another 48 percent of respondents said they are driving less due to soaring gas prices.

Meanwhile, 45.4 percent said they are postponing or canceling vacations or travel plans amid rising costs.

Gosh, one might think that such reductions in consumer spending would cause a recession. Unless one were a Democrat.

OTOH, losing a certain clientele will result in less down time and repair costs.

I just got back from the grocery store, and apparently the groceries hadn’t heard about Biden’s new zero inflation claims.

Thanks to Inflation, Gen Z and Millennials Will Now Need $3M in Retirement Savings To Live Comfortably

It has long been a rule of thumb to have $1 million saved for a comfortable retirement; but, thanks to inflation, the youngest generation of workers likely will need three times as much. According to a recent analysis conducted by Wealthcare Financial, by the time Gen Z and millennials retire, they will need around $120,000 to $150,000 per year to live comfortably — making $3 million the average amount they need to retire.

I'd say that we are already there.
