Probably a good idea for personal safety, statistically speaking.
Most black people won't assault you, but you do in fact have a 10x risk of being assaulted simply by being near a young black man rather than a young white man.
And if the black guy has his pants low, it's probably 100x.
Conversely, if the black guy is wearing a suit and looks very clean cut, there's probably not much risk at all.

Historical evidence does not support the absent dad as genetic. Before the welfare system emasculated low income dads, Black illegitimacy was rather low. Also, rural Whites have gone down the path of collecting welfare in lieu of a husband. Add to that England. which also has a very generous dole system that caters to young knocked up women, who are overwhelmingly White.
