I think this is a question Trump needs to answer. Why try to get your highest priority or at least the one you spoke endlessly about, after you have lost unified Republican control of the Government? Trump had two years to do it. Yes the filibuster but the Dems offered Trump 25 billion for the wall inreturn for DACA, to which Trump agreed and then reneged. My guess is there is no "good" answer. And Coulter is right, Trump is a wimp as most bullies are after they discover their bluster doesn't work when someone stands up to them, they then fold. I don't believe Trump gives a shit about the wall, its only the winning he cares about particularly a second term and this paralyzes him in complex situations.
