It’ll probably be Warren, and she’ll probably take on Bernie as a running mate to lock in his voters.

Yup, and so did Trump for his family. I don't understand why this is news. Until nepotism is illegal, this all doesn't matter. Or if there's proof someone committed an illegal act, outside of the appearance of it because they got work for a family member.

If anyone here runs a business with 10+ employees you understand the pressure from family and friends that ask to have a job because you're the owner. Yeah, except that is not what happened. It is standard practice that if the investigation is a US one, in this case Mueller's, that a foreign gov can and should cooperate as part of the investigation, which originated in the United States political, pressure can be appropriate. We see this in drug cases all the time. That was what the letter was about, a U S. Investigation.

In this current situation Trump is attempting to get a foreign gov to investigate a political rival while there is no investigation of crimes under US jurisdiction. If Biden or son were under criminal investigation in the U.S.and the justice dept. needed Ukrainian help totally different situation. The justice dept would ask directly. But Trump, with no U.S.investigation occurring
tried to get a foreign gov. to investigate two US citizens for obvious political reasons. That is Banana republic modus operandi. See the difference?

The Dems can't punish Ukraine with aid for helping Trump now, since they are alleging - falsely - that there was quid pro quo from Trump.
