There is no equivalency between Joe Biden threatening Ukraine with a holdup of aid unless they fired the investigator investigating his son and Trump's asking Ukraine to investigate the former VP who bragged about holding up aid if the Ukrainian's didn't fire the investigator investigating his son.
Did Trump or did he not hold up financial aid that had been appropriated by congress as military aide for Ukraine based on requests of announcement he wanted from Ukraine leaders that they were investigating Biden ?
It's a simple question. Yes or no ? I don't see that republicans are seeking the answer to this question.

That would be a "no," Marcus. Although Trump did temporarily hold up money, he never requested an announcement. And, in fact, he released the money before such announcement was made; and, in fact, there has never been an announcement.

The whole thing is silly.
The US always uses aid leverage and always has.
This is just a red herring.
One would have to prove that POTUS received "something of personal value" from the Ukraine in return for aid.
If Trump is guilty, then Jimmy Carter is guilty of bribery because he withheld cooperation and aid with Iran until they released the hostages, which would have given him an advantage over Ronald Reagan.
You mean like, for example, an announcement of an investigation by a foreign government in to the political rival Trump thought had the greatest chance to beat him in 2020 ?
So if I commit a potential crime, as long as I run for President I'm safe from Prosecution?
Maybe we need an investigation into Obama ordering audits into Trump's IRS records
Nothing in the Constitution about those running for, but not holding Federal Offices being immune from investigation and prosecution.
How much money did Hillary get from the Ukrainians? And what did the Ukrainians get for that large donation to the Clinton foundation? Do you think that war mongering bitch would have been a better president than Trump?
Not expecting answers.
Politicians are so corrupt. They claim to serve the people but in reality we serve them.

Yes, totally. Giving away free money as "aid" is always the beginning of a quid pro quo. Maybe it's for buying votes from that country at the UN, or maybe it's so they go along with our war-that-we-pretend-isn't-a-war "sanctions" against countries we want to overthrow, or maybe it's to produce a fraudulent Steele dossier to attack a political rival.
Everybody wanted a clean sweep of the FBI after decades of Hoover's corruption and extortion. Deepthroat was passed over for Director of the FBI because of his long history of being a top Hoover crony. He leaked everything about Watergate to the WaPo as an act of Revenge about not getting his bureaucrat due.
If your name is Donald Trump, you stomped the dog shit out of Hillary Clinton and wiped your ass on the first Negro President's Legucy. Then it's an impeachable offense.

We voted against Hilary. The fact that Trump actually delivered on his promises is a bonus.

Here's a writeup in — of all places — the WoPo...

Had. Before his corruption was uncovered.
Who, now, has the greatest chance of beating Trump?

The ACLU folks. Did you know that you can shed the lining of your uterus, even if you don't have one?

Here's what's missing:

Yeah those antifa punks are pussys!
The TDS expressed on this thread is pathetic, but occasionally funny.

Seems consistent because Antifa is more numerous and more dangerous as they move into more violent phases.
The first two made their money with fraud schemes and selling access to power which defrauded the public who elected them.
Trump made his money by starting hundreds of businesses which served the public.
And you wonder why people don’t trust Ivy League assholes!!
Is there ANY factual basis for this cartoon?
Not expecting an answer.
