Absolutely wrong. He never said he acted under Trumps orders. He repeated spoke how he "assumed" that is what Trump wanted. When asked point blank if anyone told him to withhold aid for a favor, he said no. He also said Trump specifically said "no quid pro quo." Of course the anti-Trumpers are saying the "no quid pro quo" statement came out because Trump was anticipating being investigated.

Ask yourself would your news source print a story you read somewhere else, that you know to be true, and actual news because the actual source Tweeted it, so there's no dispute on the accuracy. Now ask yourself. Would CNN, MSNBC, FOX, Huffington Post, WaPo, The New York Times, print, publish or broadcast that given story.
If you answered no, then you personally labeled your news source as "Fake News".
