It was a blessing in disguise though, what it did was actually made it harder for self employed people to be truly self employed.
You can't even sale carpet and have your friend who might be the best flooring expert in your town take delivery of any carpet or tile from their shop if they aren't full corporations, they have to pay workman's comp, even if they don't have employees, they also have to carry a steep liability insurance. It pretty much forced the older guys that just worked enough to pay their bills out of the business. For them most of what they made a month goes directly to taxes, fees, premiums, and costs. That titan companies can just call the cost of doing business, but for many small timers, it forced them out the competition. Just like every industry these days.

Given what was happening on that particular day, 'explosions' could be absolutely anything - not least large chunks of debris falling to the ground or any number of burning objects exploding. Different circumstances lead to different outcomes all the time. Why do you consider that remotely strange? And more to the point, it wasn't the level of damage from debris that was central to the collapse according to the reports (it being uncontrolled fires that burned for many hours and weakened beams), so what are you trying to argue? Or rather, why are you trying to mislead?

Insurance has ALWAYS had deductibles and co-pays. ACA sets LIMITS on those. The deductibles will be LESS now. Plans that have extremely high deductibles will not be allowed anymore. Even maximum out of pocket cost is capped.

What language do you think people would actually use to describe such an experience most especially when it had just happened?
You have someone specifically talking about a fireball coming down through the elevator shaft into the lobby - a rather obvious event given what had happened.
This video doesn't prove anything at all of your claims - just that people have difficulty, surprise, surprise, in putting into words what they have just experienced. I notice no video or audio evidence of your claimed bombs. All I hear is a lot of confused people. And I didn't notice anyone specifically saying any of this happened before the plane struck - where did they say that?
From what I just watched, what many are talking about are the blast waves and fireball that vented down the elevator shafts. Which parts talked about all this happening BEFORE the plane struck as you claim as these are all tiny out of context snippets with very unclear timelines - no doubt why the creator of the video used them.
